01Who we are
Kramate ("we", "us") provides IT services including software, AI, cloud, security, data, design and digital marketing. This policy covers personal information we handle through this website and when you contact us about our services. Your signed agreement with us, if any, may add further terms for project data.
02What we collect
Information you give us: your name, work email, company, country, service of interest, budget range and message when you use our contact or inquiry forms, and anything you send us by email, phone or chat.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and basic security logs. We use this to keep the site secure, stop spam and fix problems.
Browser storage: the site may save small preferences in your browser, such as dismissing an announcement. These are not used to track you across other sites.
03How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and discuss your project.
- To run, secure and improve this website and our services.
- To send updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request to take steps before a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
05International transfers
We work with clients in several regions, so information may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
06How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and for as long as the law requires records. We then delete or anonymize it.
07Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or highly sensitive data through the contact form.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, California law, Australia’s Privacy Act or Singapore’s PDPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local privacy regulator.
To use any of these rights, email hello@kramate.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
09Children and other sites
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. This site may link to other websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or requests: hello@kramate.com.
